How the figures are worked out

Expected day: A working day the person is contracted to an office. Weekends, bank holidays, a part-timer's non-working days, full-day leave and approved working abroad are not expected. Remote contracts (Home Office, Bristol) are not measured.
In the office: A badge tap, or at least — MB of traffic that day from the person's laptop on the corporate network (Wi-Fi or plugged in), or an approved correction. Meraki gives one traffic total per device per day, not connection times. Phones and guest Wi-Fi never count.
Attendance: Days in the office ÷ expected days, for current staff. Leavers are listed but not scored.
Target: — of working days by default (3 of 5, Ways of Working Policy §5). Where BambooHR shows an informal agreement in place, it is that person's days expected in office per week ÷ their working days. The agreement's reason is never read.
Status: Acceptable at — of target or more (— for the default target); Borderline from — (—); Below expectation under that. People with fewer than — expected days are not scored.

Prototype only: the record against who was really in (the synthetic ground truth). Manchester has no Meraki data, so only corrections help there.
